Prologis is seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist to support our Central Region. Reporting into the Americas Marketing organization, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing and high-impact team that owns the strategy, brand narrative, planning and goals for the Americas. In this dynamic role, you will also work with our Leasing & Marketing teams to develop marketing programs and execute KPI focused marketing initiatives. 

Your focus will be managing and executing external and internal marketing activities for the Central region. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supports initiatives as defined by Central Regional Marketing Manager across Operations, Capital Deployment, Development, Essentials and market teams  

  • Provides overall design support throughout the region (sales enablement, product, social, and event marketing collateral) 

  • Cross collaborates with Regional Marketing Manager and Leadership team to collect data and content to support regional newsletter and internal communications via marketing automation tools 

  • Support market-level Leasing & Marketing Coordinators, Marketing Specialists, and Leasing Coordinators in the Central Region as needed and act as link between Regional Marketing strategy and market-level Marketing Strategy  

  • Provides regional and market-level customization of marketing collateral (e.g., brochures) and provides support for all sales teams within region (Leasing, Capital Deployment, Essentials) 

  • Supports execution of regional brand initiatives, product positioning/campaigns, and customer experience marketing (ie. customer events, gifts, and targeted marketing plans) 

  • Partners with market-level teams to support property marketing initiatives (collateral, campaigns, events) 

  • Runs digital marketing processes (i.e., content creation and development for Digital Property Marketing), executes social media campaigns and other tools working cross-functionally with various stakeholders  

  • Collaborates with peers across markets to support brand awareness for Prologis within individual markets through local events and business sponsorships 

  • Overall administration of the department including invoices, approvals, and business expenses 

Building blocks for success

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 

  • 5+ years of marketing and communications experience  

  • Proficiency with and knowledge of a wide range of marketing & communications activities with a focus on digital marketing tools as well as experience with different corporate programs 

  • Multitasking and project management skills 

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

  • Skilled with Adobe Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) 

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) 

  • Great organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 

  • Excellent communication skills with experience working cross-functionally with various teams and departments 

Hiring Salary Range of: $64,000 - $90,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
