What you will do

  • Achieve sales objectives, identification of new business opportunities, create and develop business strategy.
  • Achieve sales quota in the assigned territory and line.
  • Impulse product sales through differentiated business models or new products incorporation.
  • Conduct all business and affairs in accordance with all laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the Stryker Code of Conduct and in accordance with the highest ethical standards.
  • Align strategies with the sales manager and carry out it.
  • Develop strategies per IC, to improve sales and presence in their territories.
  • Define key projects and resources needed to succeed such as, inventory, instruments sets, medical education events, KOL, pricing etc.
  • Evaluate and monitor the quality of the services that IC provides to end customers.
  • Act as the channel of resources of the clients in the area of knowledge of the product.
  • Act as liaison between the client and the multiple stakeholders of the company, such as Operations, Regulation and Quality, Compliance.
  • Has a clear state about inventory, rotation and channeling of each client.

What you need

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • +3 years of experience in a similar role in a medical devices industry.
  • Experience with orthopedics and trauma sales is highly recommended.
  • Fluid English required.
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, CRM).
  • Capacity for influence.
  • Based in Mexico City.

Travel Percentage: 40%
