We seek an individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills, someone who is highly adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a high degree of professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information. A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO and other senior leaders will be highly valued.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly the ability to connect with Management Board members, senior staff, and other stakeholders in both English and Dutch. They should have experience working with confidential information and providing administrative support at the executive level. Self-motivation, proactivity, and the ability to work independently are crucial. Additionally, they must demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring they can effectively unburden the individuals they support. A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required, along with a solution-oriented approach and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and experience managing multiple calendars and global meeting schedules are essential. The ideal candidate should be friendly, independent, enthusiastic, and flexible regarding activities and working hours.
