C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Representative to join our Finance team in Dalian. Accounts Receivable team is a fast-paced, process-driven environment, responsible for multiple facets of the Accounts Receivable function. In this Role, you will be responsible for ensuring that overdue invoices are collected promptly and efficiently. You will research problems and resolve complex disputes to ensure important deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

• Monitor accounts receivable collection progress, maintain proactive communication with customers, and ensure timely payment recovery.
• Review daily tracking logs and validate simple vs complex cases determination.
• Responsible for regularly updating and maintaining collection SOP and ensuring all materials remain accurate and consistent.
• Respond to inquiries from customers or clients and researches and resolves concerns or large discrepancies
• Contribute ideas for process improvement based on identified themes and an understanding of the big picture
• Develop professional relationships with internal and external partners, maintain open lines of communication and build rapport by providing timely and professional service
• Continue to develop skills and build upon knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes
• Act as a subject matter expert and advises Junior Roles on the best available resource’s usage and help solve more complex issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Collection operation
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
• Ability to perform in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well within a deadline driven environment
• Perform functions efficiently and accurately
• Effective and flexible communication skills
• Positive, professional attitude and excellent customer service skills with an ability to deal with conflict/sensitive topics
