About the Role
Responsible for leading and motivating the agency force & sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by executing strategic sales plans in alignment with company objectives. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing high-performing sales teams, fostering robust relationships with stakeholders, collaborating with marketing teams, managing sales budgets, and analyzing sales trends to drive informed decision-making.Roles and Responsibilities:
