As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving project demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns relevant to Oracle Customer Care and Billing environments.
- Experience in developing and integrating custom modules within complex enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle CC&B implementations.
- Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration practices.
- Competence in performance tuning and optimization of Oracle CC&B components.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15yrs fulltime education in B.Tech is required.
