About the role:

The Event Associate Manager will lead and manage a team of Event Coordinators, supporting all experience requests and event execution within Salesforce Tower Sydney. This role involves direct engagement with employees, executives, customers, partners, and guests, and works closely with Event Supervisors and the broader Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS) hospitality team to deliver best-in-class experiences that reflect the unique Salesforce culture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversees operational excellence for guest experiences including executive receptions and events across Salesforce Tower Sydney's Specialty and Employee Floors.
  • Leads, mentors and manages a team of Event Coordinators, assigning tasks and providing coaching to ensure operational excellence.
  • Collaborates with Event Supervisors and maintains team documentation including playbooks, scripts and response templates.
  • Manages comprehensive event logistics (pre, during, post) ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Security policies with proper documentation.
  • Co-manages event intake forms, correspondence with Internal Business Partners and the REWS ticketing queue.
  • Delivers assigned events end-to-end using the REWS ticketing system and run sheets.
  • Administers Google calendar for internal event spaces within Salesforce Sydney Tower specialty floors.
  • Co-manages external vendor relationships while collaborating with internal teams to execute successful event programs.
  • Maintains Salesforce brand consistency across customer-facing areas and events, adhering to design standards including photography guidelines.
  • Requires availability for evening, weekend, and after-hours work as needed for event execution.
