PURPOSE

Measure, analyze and implement effective business processes in facilities, utilities and procurement. Lead the implementation of sustainable process improvements. Coordinate with facility and utility managers to review data, develop recommendations, and drive changes that result in increased productivity and reduced costs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather, prepare and review data to support ongoing PMO discussions and initiative workshops.
  • Facilitate cross-functional PMO discussions and workshops for process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with club management to track the status of initiatives and change activities.
  • Report initiative impacts (e.g. cost saving, processing time improvements, etc.) and status updates to program leadership.
  • Escalate challenges and issues to program leadership as needed.
  • Coordinate with club operations and HR to manage cultural and operational impacts of change.
  • Support the development of training and/or communication materials for new processes.
  • Vetting of large vendor base and alternate service providers
  • Provide ad hoc initiative support.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

The below requirements are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform the responsibilities of this job.

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent project planning and organization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable analyzing large quantities of data
  • Experience implementing new processes and supporting change management

DESIRED COMPETENCIES

The below competencies are representative of additional desired knowledge, skill, and/or ability to successfully perform the responsibilities of this job.

  • Familiar with large scale commercial real estate maintenance, repair and utilities
  • Experience using Tableau, Verisae, DanFoss
  • Familiarity with multi-variate regression analysis
  • Experience working with retail organizations and/or facilities management
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting
  • Team building and collaboration with large scale network

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $142,000.00.
