The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a System Architect to support the Defense Analytic Solutions Division. You will help drive innovation within the division and our customer base, support ISR integration, and enable our developed capabilities to better support the full intelligence lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Line Operations and Business Development leadership to develop growth through strategic business development, complex technical solutioning, innovative ideas, and expansion into new market areas

  • You will support the near and long-range direction of our technology innovation and growth to advance our position within our markets

  • In addition, you will help develop, shape, and deliver complex technical solutions focused to improve program performance, support capture and proposals, and provide thought leadership to our customers

  • You will also advise the IR&D program to invest in the expansion of the Division’s technical capabilities, including assessing ideas, and recommending priorities

  • Driving innovative technical insertion into our programs and proposals will establish our team as the premier solution leader for our customers, thereby leading to existing and new business growth, improved return on sales, and improved program capabilities.

  • Think freely to exploit technological advances that address business needs, without the constraint of former approaches

  • Support all phases of proposal development and review, particularly regarding developing technical solutions

  • Advise managers how to leverage technology to improve program performance and growth

  • Advise customers how to leverage technology and best practices to meet their current and evolving requirements

  • Help establish CACI as a thought leader within our customers' mission sets; brief CACI senior leadership and customers to influence decision making and obtain support


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance, as required

  • Minimum 15 years of operational experience and practical experience in developing and delivering technical solutions for defense and intelligence customers in the federal services market

  • Demonstrated ability to brief Executive CACI Management and Government officials, with clear and effective oral and written communications skills, particularly regarding technical solutioning and proposal development

  • Seasoned leader with experience in supervising a team of 15+ employees, including providing strategic direction, career guidance, and personal development support

  • Broad understanding and familiarity of Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM), Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) and Intelligence Community (IC) systems and services - including implementation methodologies

  • Strong knowledge of Systems Architectures, Systems and Software Engineering processes and tools to include Agile and DevSecOps

  • Strong understanding of Cloud Development, Migration, Sustainment and Optimization - experience with AWS/C2S preferred

  • Ability to travel as required

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$98,500-$206,800
