职位职责     

1. 质量管理体系运行与维护

• 按照体系要求开展日常文件管理、流程更新与记录维护。
• 监控关键质量指标，识别偏差并推动改进行动。

2. 内外部审核管理

• 支持内部审核及外部审核（客户/认证机构），提供专业技术支持。
• 跟踪并验证审核整改项的闭环及有效性。

3. 质量流程与标准执行

• 确保质量流程严格执行并符合公司标准及体系要求。
• 协助推动跨部门质量流程的一致性与协同。

4. 持续改进

• 识别流程改进机会，参与根因分析与改善活动（如5Why、鱼骨图等）。
• 支持质量提升、体系优化等专项改善项目。

5. 完成主管指派的其他工作

职位要求

• 本科及以上学历，质量、工程或相关专业优先。
• 具备 QMS、制造质量或审核相关经验者优先。
• 严谨细致：能够基于规范进行数据与文件的准确性核查，确保输出质量。
• 良好协作能力：能够与生产、工艺、供应链及其他职能部门有效沟通、协调。
• 分析与判断能力：能够基于数据进行基础分析，识别关键问题。
• 适应能力强：能够适应体系更新、业务变化及审核要求。
• 问题解决能力：能够运用基本质量工具进行问题识别、原因分析与方案评估。
• 基础项目管理能力：理解项目阶段、任务推进与关键节点管理。
• 质量体系知识：熟悉体系流程、接口管理、指标分析与文控要求。
• 熟悉 Power BI、Power Apps 等工具者优先。
• 具备良好的英文沟通能力者优先。
