About NexHealth

Healthcare is stuck in the past. In a world where you can book a ride, order dinner, and stream a movie with a tap, why does scheduling a doctor’s appointment still require phone calls and paper forms? At NexHealth, we’re changing that. Our mission is to accelerate healthcare innovation by seamlessly connecting patients, doctors, and developers. As the first platform to fully automate health record integrations, we’re laying the foundation for the next generation of groundbreaking health tech companies.

Here is some of what we've accomplished:

  1. $125M Series C at $1B valuation
  2. Scaled to over 14k doctor/dentist offices nationwide
  3. Top 10% of Inc. 5000 (2022)

Account Executive at NexHealth

It’s an exciting time to join NexHealth’s sales team. Our SaaS platform has strong product-market fit, industry-leading retention, and high demand from doctors and dentists. As we expand deeper into medical, we’re looking for high-performing AEs to build and own this new segment. This isn’t just another closing role — it’s a 0-to-1 opportunity where you’ll navigate ambiguity, shape the sales motion, and establish yourself as a leader in a fast-growing vertical.

We’re looking for proven closers who thrive in high-growth environments. You’ll need to be financially motivated but equally mission-driven, and able to balance aggressive deal-making with a value-first approach.  If you’re ready to take ownership and make an impact, now is the time to join.

What You'll Do:

  • Sell NexHealth’s suite of SaaS products to doctors across various specialties
  • Represent the NexHealth brand to SMB medical practices through direct outreach, including cold-calling, emailing, and networking
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, ensuring database hygiene and comprehensive notes on interactions and progress
  • Manage and nurture relationships with prospects and clients, guiding them through the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close
  • Provide insightful feedback to leadership on sales processes, strategies, and department needs to enhance overall performance and efficiency

What You’ll Bring:

  • Sense of ownership
  • Self-disciplined
  • Detail oriented
  • Collaborative approach
  • Track record of success

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales
  • Thrives in a 30-day-or-less sales cycle, quickly builds rapport, handles objections, and moves deals forward efficiently
  • Committed to the bigger picture and willing to prioritize long-term impact over short-term gains when needed
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Passionate about innovating healthcare and improving patient experiences
  • Formal education (BA/BS degree or some college coursework)

Tech Stack

  • Salesforce, Outreach, Chilipiper, Chorus, Loom, Zoom, Slack, G-Suite

NexHealth Values

  • Solve the customer’s problems, not yours
When making decisions, think from the perspective of the customer. It’s easy to make decisions that make our lives simpler but not the customers'
  • Do the things others are not willing to do
As a Nexer, always go after the hardest problems. Pursue things at the highest quality. Move at the fastest pace
  • Take ownership
Act like a Founder. Own your roles, destinies, mistakes, behavior, and our mission. The buck stops with each of us - no blaming nor excuses
  • Say what’s on your mind, with positive intent
Be direct, proactive, transparent, and frequent in your communication
  • Default trust
As a Nexer, you do not have to earn trust, trust is given to you by default. If we, by default, trust each other, our speed of communication, feedback, information sharing, and overall improvements will be a lot faster
  • Think in first principles
We first identify the problem and then break it down to its fundamentals before diving into solutions. We constantly ask “why” to validate our assumptions

Here's a glimpse into our interview process:

  • You'll talk with a NexHealth Recruiter
