As a Product Manager, you will be integral to the Product Team within our Global Digital Centre of Excellence. You will focus on developing and enhancing digital initiatives across web and mobile platforms, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision and customer engagement goals. 

·       Job Title –  Product Manager

·       Working rota – Monday Friday

·       Working hours – 40

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Product Manager, you'll be doing the following: 

  • Define and articulate the vision for digital projects, translating strategic business objectives into actionable plans.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Product Manager, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure product features align with business needs and customer expectations
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, refining features and ensuring clear communication of requirements to the technical product owners and development teams
  • Use data analytics to assess the efficacy of digital features and make informed decisions to drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a digital/ecommerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce technologies, Agile methodologies, and experience using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and innovation.
  • Deep commitment to enhancing customer engagement through innovative digital experiences.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
