For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the HR Systems Consultant role.

As HR Systems Consultant you’ll be a member of the Global HR Systems team, which comprises 7 people, in various locations (London, Paris, Bangkok). The role is crucial to the HR team and the wider firm, as they ensure that our HR systems are operating efficiently and that the information held within them is accurate and up to date.

Your role

  • Provide support to the wider HR team and other stakeholders, addressing queries and issues related to HR data or HR technology (primarily Workday and SAP) via ServiceNow tickets (e.g. errors in processing transactions for employees, absence balance calculations, changes to managerial hierarchies, integration issues)
  • Investigate the issue and provide a response and advice
  • Support in key annual processes such as our salary and bonus reviews and trainee seat moves by bulk loading data to reflect the changes
  • Contribute to the management of change within HR technology environment, including the change request process for amendments to Workday and contributing to HR projects
  • Explore, evaluate, recommend, design, and configure new features and functionalities of associated modules within Workday
  • Monitor and solve integration issues from Workday to SAP 

Your experience

Your experience may have come from being part of a similar HR Systems team at another organisation, or it may have come from supporting or implementing Workday within a Workday implementation partner or Application Management Services (AMS) provider. 

  • Min. 3 years of configuration experience with Workday; hands-on experience in making technical changes, improving business processes, security, reports and other HCM configuration 
  • Experience with Workday modules such as core HCM, absence management, advanced compensation, talent and performance, learning, recruitment, extend, and Peakon. Experience in absence configuration is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Fluency in English

Location

  • Warsaw - we have hybrid working model with 2 days per week at the office
