You are:
A seasoned change leader in the Banking & Capital Markets industry. You know transformation isn’t optional—it’s essential. You’ve led organizations through major change initiatives, from digital transformation to regulatory and operational redesign, and you understand how to make those changes stick.

You bring deep experience in organizational change management, workforce transformation, and leadership enablement, and you’re skilled at guiding complex financial institutions through uncertainty. Colleagues and clients see you as a trusted advisor—someone who can turn strategy into tangible human and cultural impact.

The work:

  • Guide Banking & Capital Markets clients through complex transformations to improve agility, performance, and resilience.

  • Develop human-centered change strategies aligned to business priorities—spanning customer experience, risk transformation, digital enablement, and M&A integration.

  • Translate business and strategic direction into holistic organizational and workforce transformation programs.

  • Design agile change strategies that reshape culture, leadership, and ways of working for a digital-first world.

  • Apply leading practice change methodologies and tools, including:

    • Predictive analytics and change dashboards

    • Engagement and collaboration tools (e.g., Mentimeter, ThinkTank)

    • Experience design using personas and organizational analytics

  • Support clients in building resilient, adaptive organizations capable of continuous reinvention.

  • Partner with leadership teams to measure and sustain adoption, tracking behavior change, engagement, and business outcomes.

  • Contribute to business development—supporting proposals, client relationships, and thought leadership.

  • Help build our Talent & Organization practice through capability development, knowledge sharing, and points-of-view.

Here’s what you need:

  • 5+ years of consulting experience, including 3+ years in change management.

  • 5+ years of experience in Banking and/or Capital Markets.

  • Proven expertise in driving transformational change across large, complex organizations.

  • You have 5+ years’ experience in three or more of the following areas:

  • Financial Services, Organization Design, Talent Strategy, Change Management Strategy or Reinvention driven from Business Transformation (i.e., Customer, Risk, HR, Technology, M&A)

  • A University degree is required for this position.

Bonus points if:

  • You have led transformation programs related to risk and compliance modernization, core banking transformation, digital adoption, customer experience reinvention, or post-merger integration.

  • You’re skilled in using digital tools such as workforce analytics, HR automation, or digital adoption platforms.

  • You have experience leading cross-functional teams across business and technology.
