We're looking for an ambitious self-starter to join our Enterprise team as a Customer Success Manager. Customer Success Managers maintain strong relationships with their assigned clients. CSMs assist customers throughout their lifecycle, working cross-functionally to help them unlock the most value from the Awardco platform. They maintain high-levels of client satisfaction while also identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
