Location Details: ACG 14 State Footprint

Position Schedule / Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (hours may shift based on business needs)

Position Summary: Oversee all ACG Sales Administration and Field Distribution programs, identify opportunities to improve processes, and partner with Compensation and Distribution Reporting to ensure the accuracy of sales programs, reporting, and adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain sales manuals, create and maintain administrative guidelines, and SOPs

  • Validate and publish monthly reporting, perform analysis as required for adjustments, research appeals

  • Will be a reviewer/approver of the COE manuals for Field Distribution Business units

  • Identify areas of opportunity & recommend solutions, Medallia engagement monitoring

  • Monitor, gather new requirements, provide guidance to modify Change of Agent Programs

  • Review business goals, develop updates, gain stakeholder alignment on updates to Thrive360 Field Development Program

  • Will be a SME to identify various program requirements, thresholds; will work closely with direct leader to ensure requirements are trackable

  • Serve as Field Distribution point of contact for Medallia and Member Experience

  • Responsible to identify modernization efforts, process improvements, etc. within the scope of their responsibilities; Could be the introduction of new programs to assist Distribution with sales attainment

Qualifications:

Required

Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related field or equivalent experience work experience

  • Currently hold or able to attain and maintain appropriate State Property & Casualty licenses within timeframe designated by ACG leadership

  • May be required to attain appropriate State Life Sales licenses within timeframe designated by ACG leadership

  • Possession of a valid State Driver’s License

Experience:

  • Two years Property and Casualty experience with increasing responsibility

  • Preparing analysis of statistical and financial data comparing peers, industry, corporate targets

  • Complex modeling, development and manipulation for the support and analysis of

  • financial recommendations

  • Coordinating major projects, functions and integrations

  • Software packages (e.g. Word, Excel,)

  • Coordination, development, implementation and analysis of Sales Compensation procedures and guidelines

Knowledge of:

  • Sales software such as Salesforce, Guidewire, and Distribution Applications

Skills and Ability to:

  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills

  • Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment

  • Managing and leading others

  • Develop and make presentations at large group meetings and to all levels of management

  • Identify requirements and develop systems to support Company initiatives

  • Evaluate a complex business process and understand the interdependencies between components

  • Provide direction and guidance to others

Management ability to include:

  • Proven leadership and decision making

  • Staffing and project scheduling

  • Development and monitoring of budgets

Preferred

  • 3 years of management experience

Work Environment: This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy.

Compensation & Benefits Overview:

ACG complies with all applicable state and local laws regarding required benefits (including PTO, paid sick leave, etc.).

$106,000-$120,000

Time Off & Leave

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrual-based, increases with tenure, eligible at 90 days of employment. Full-time new employees will receive up to 12 PTO days annually; accrual based on start date and may include additional PTO based on role and/or state & local requirements. Part-time employee PTO hours are calculated based upon the standard weekly hours the employee is scheduled to work and will accrue at a minimum of 3 hours per month.

  • Paid Holidays: Full-time employees are eligible for 10 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day, 2 floating holidays and 1 volunteer day. Holidays vary by business unit schedules. Part-time employees are eligible for 8 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day and 2 floating holidays. Holidays vary by business unit schedules.
