Supports the global design, implementation, and maintenance of conferencing and mobility infrastructure. Provides guidance and expertise to management and users on topics surrounding strategy and best practices. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may supervise a small team of individual contributors. Solves complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions. Exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. Advanced individual contributor who works on highly complex problems, tasks, or projects.
Principle Duties
Leads and coordinates maintenance and upgrade of conferencing, telephony and mobility infrastructure
Coordinates or leads creation of architectural framework for servers, hardware, peripherals, and connections.
Implements standards and guidelines. Ensure adequate capacity for corporate conferencing needs and identify emerging trends.
Serve as a liaison with vendors and other third-party providers
Coordinates and provides technical support, provisioning, and automation capabilities for conferencing resources utilizing multiple technologies services.
Maintains operating efficiency and stability, ensures the security and integrity of all systems and data, and respond to outages and other issues.
Leads capacity planning, disaster recovery planning, and disaster recovery testing.
Provides regular status, operational, incident, and change reports.
May supervise or manage four or fewer employees, and responsible for team's performance; coaches and mentors team members.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent - Required
Work Experience
8+ years managing mobility conferencing solutions - Required
Skills and Abilities
Advanced experience with Cisco Webex Contact Center deployment and administration - Required
Advanced oral and written communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge. Advanced ability to translate business needs and problems into viable/accepted solutions. Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines - Required
Ability to quickly adapt to new methods, work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions. Ability to appropriately balance priorities, deadlines, and deliverables - Required
Advanced ability to set goals and handle multiple tasks, clients, and projects simultaneously. Advanced investigative, analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to work well within a team environment and participate in department/team projects - Required
Advanced skills in customer relationship management and change management. Advanced negotiating and persuasion skills. Ability to manage multiple projects or and set applicable goals - Required
Advanced expertise utilizing Airwatch UEM. Required
Advanced skills utilizing Teams and Zoom conferencing solutions Required
Advanced expertise configuring, installing, and maintaining Cisco conferencing solutions - Required
Advanced knowledge of current mobile device offerings (iOS) - Required
Advanced experience with Cisco VOIP telephony deployment and administration - Preferred
Advanced mobile device vulnerability management and modern authentication services - Preferred
10+ years mobility and conferencing solutions experience - Preferred

Compensation Range:
$107,060.00 - $159,390.00 AnnualBase pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
