About the Role
As a Multi-Channel Sales Manager, you will be primarily responsible for delivering and exceeding sales targets for Lifestyle products across designated offline and distributor channels in Mainland China. This role sits within HARMAN Lifestyle Division under the Sound United Strategic Business Unit (SBU), managing a portfolio of world-class premium audio brands.
You will drive end-to-end sales execution by developing effective channel strategies, expanding key account relationships, and optimizing retail performance to ensure consistent revenue growth. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, you will play a pivotal role in translating business objectives into measurable sales results in a highly competitive market.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute annual sales and channel development strategies for Lifestyle products in China, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Break down sales targets into quarterly and monthly plans, monitor execution, and ensure achievement of revenue and KPI goals.
- Manage and expand multi-channel distribution, including offline retail, key accounts, and coordination with e-commerce channels
- Drive continuous business growth by identifying new market opportunities and strengthening key account partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities, brand-building initiatives, and end-user engagement programs
- Lead channel sales operations including retail management, display execution, sales training, and in-store performance improvement.
- Provide insights into China market trends and contribute to new product development, offering localized recommendations.
- Support the development of competitive go-to-market models, including pricing strategies, channel policies, and service systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., e-commerce, marketing, operations) to optimize overall sales performance and customer experience.
- Manage, coach, and develop Multi-channel sales team, ensuring strong performance management and capability building.

What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Economics, or Engineering-related fields.
- 5+ years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in Lifestyle, consumer electronics, or audio products.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel sales management, including retail, distribution, and key account management.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing P&L or KPI-driven business environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning capability.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure
Bonus Points if You Have
- Experience in premium audio, digital devices, or headphone categories.
- Strong knowledge of China retail and distribution landscape for Lifestyle products.
- Good command of English in both written and spoken communication.
