Job Description:

The mission of this position is to:

Define China Classical portfolio’ strategy ,figure out growth opportunity /stop losing possibility, drive positive revenue impact for company and manage the end-to-end performance of the portfolio.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for portfolio strategy.

  • Define brand strategy based on data-driven insights of wearers in different channels and different wearer segments.
  • Define the go-to-market strategy & build up business case to support for growth  including 4P.
  • Translate the strategy into business targets, i.e.: NTS/offtake/market share.
  • Leverage the internal resources to implement the aligned strategy.

2. Responsible for portfolio’s complete life-cycle management.

  • Work on product value proposition, target audience, selling points and packaging design based on brand strategy.
  • Owner of the launch and discontinue process and timeline.
  • Coordinate across different functions: regional team, supply chain, sales, channel marketing, QA on NPI and discontinue.
  • NPI performance tracking with insights behind number.

3. Owner of portfolio performance and contribute to P&L.

  • Analyze and obtain insights of portfolio’s performance in all channels (NTS, offtake, wearer, share etc.) and perform portfolio forecast.
  • Work with cross-functional team to drive brand business.
  • Find ways to optimize brand P&L (channel mix, product mix, revenue growth management, etc.)

4. Lead team to drive portfolio communication consistent from brand to Channel:

  • Lead and develop brand communication strategy (visual, content library & message house ) with objective to grow Classical brand’s equity, consumption, and loyalty to meet business objective in the China market.
  • Budget management of brand communication investment if any.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Education:  Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in Marketing & Business is a plus

Experience: 

  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in overall brand management
  • Team management experience is MUST.
  • Turn around business & Legacy /heritage product management experience preferred. 
  • Data drive analysis & insight capability is plus.
