Job Title: SAP S/4HANA EAM Consulting Manager
Summary:
As a consulting manager working with SAP EAM Capability team, you shall be responsible for the overall management of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions
in the project. You will be expected to drive and oversee client workshops to understand their business requirements and develop as well as advice consultants in solutioning to
achieve requirements. You will be working as a thought leader in driving client conversations, lead POV development, business development activities with an intent to grow
the practice engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage teams of analysts and consultants
Initiate, plan, and execute SAP EAM projects
Ensure that SAP EAM solutions are aligned with business needs
Keep up-to-date on the latest SAP EAM releases and developments
Conduct performance reviews for the team members
Support recruitment activities and other COE initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration
12+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA EAM implementation (at least 3) and support projects
Desired Skills:
Experience in the oil and gas, utilities, manufacturing, or other related asset-intensive industries
Experience with SAP APM, FSM, SSAM, GEF and other associated SAP modules is expected
SAP S/4HANA EAM certification is a plus
Certified Project Manager (PMP), Activate Project Management is a plus
Experience with change management
