Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range

$72,900.00 - $120,300.00

What Is the Opportunity?

As a Learning Facilitator, you will deliver live, virtual, and/or hybrid learning experiences, while fostering a secure and collaborative environment in which learners can practice new skills, ask questions, and share experiences. You are an excellent communicator with the ability to lead learning sessions and collaborate effectively with business partners to create effective learning experiences.

What Will You Do?

  • Deliver live, virtual, or hybrid learning experiences to meet the technical and skill requirements of employees and business partners.
  • Create an environment in which learners feel secure, respected, and cared for and feel comfortable to learn, ask questions, and share experiences.
  • Create learning assets (training materials/activities, videos, mockups).
  • Review learning performance data to measure learner success.
  • Consult with front line managers and others as appropriate on the development of their staff.
  • Stay abreast of industry and training best practices. Identify opportunities and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Five or more years of technical experience in line of business supported.
  • Knowledge of multiple learning technologies, including video conferencing, virtual platforms, use of cameras for streaming, etc.
  • Knowledge of the application of adult learning and design best practices to develop and deliver engaging and effective learning resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business partners.
  • Ability to self-review and meet rigorous quality standards. Demonstrated focus on continuous self-learning and exploration of new trends, strategies, and practices in the learning and development field.

What is a Must Have?

  • Two years of experience in a learning and development, training, or business-related field.
