The Creative Producer/Project Manager for Kids' Branding in Mexico plays a crucial role in driving creative marketing campaigns, overseeing project execution, and aligning strategies with WBD's broader priorities. This pivotal position directly contributes to enhancing our brand presence and competitiveness in the dynamic Kids' market.

Major Activities:

Campaign Project Management (50%)

Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns for Kids' Branding, ensuring timelines, budgets, and creative objectives are met.

Team Leadership (25%) Provide guidance and leadership to the creative and project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Stakeholder Collaboration (15%)

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and key partners to maximize the impact of branding initiatives.

Budget Oversight (10%): Manage and monitor the budget allocation for marketing projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource utilization.

The essentials:

Minimum 7 years of Television Experience

Previous Experience in Children's Television Networks

Project Management Skills

Leadership and Team Collaboration

Strategic Thinker

The Nice to Haves:

Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.

Familiarity with digital marketing trends and strategies for the Kids' market.
