The Information Security Analyst 1 is a role that requires a basic level of technical expertise and information security experience. The Information Security Analyst 1 works closely with the other members of the team to manage comprehensive information security and compliance programs.

People:

• Create a positive team experience.

Client:

• Respond to client, clients are not limited to external however provide proactive work status update to US / India liaison.

Value:

• Assess threat and vulnerability information
• Perform monitoring and threat analysis
• Analyze logs/traffic
• Identify potential IT security incidents
• Mitigation and remediation plans.

Education and Experience:

• Graduate with a minimum of 0 to 3 years working experience in Information. Technology or Information Security field. In addition to the following qualifications
• Basic experienced with security event and vulnerability management platforms
• Basic experienced with a variety of information security systems and tools, such as Security Information Event Management, Vulnerability Management, Intrusion Detection/Prevention, Web Content Filtering, Anti-Virus/Malware and Data Loss Prevention
• Basic understanding of threat analysis and enterprise level mitigation processes
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP and networking fundamentals.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts in non-technical terms and public speaking.
• Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, the applicant must have basic knowledge of computer systems, information security applications and network devices.  The applicant should have a functional knowledge of Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.  

Certificates and Licenses:

Valid driver’s license required.  

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

• 50+ hour standard workweek requirement.
• Standard indoor working environment.
• Long periods of sitting while working at computer.
• Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm.

Compensation:

• For certain California based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $75,000.00 - $99,000.00
• For other California based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $69,000.00 - $90,750.00
• For Colorado based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $66,000.00 - $86,680.00
• For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $69,000.00 - $90,750.00
• For other Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $66,000.00 - $86,680.00
• For New York based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $75,000.00 - $99,000.00
• For other New York based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $63,000.00 - $82,500.00
• For Washington based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $69,000.00 - $90,750.00
