Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project execution. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: • Excellent working knowledge of current security standards and protocols, including but not limited to SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, RADIUS, and Kerberos • Good understanding of REST API’s and JSON • Configuration of SSO for SaaS and on-premise applications using Okta "cloud based IAM Solution” • Experience in Directory Integration such as Active Directory, LDAP with Okta • Good hands on experience on Okta "Cloud based IAM solution” • Good understanding of access management, federated identity, 2-factor solutions and sign-on, application policy • Experience with Okta hooks , Okta sign-in Widget. • Good understanding of Cloud based Access & Identity Management products. • Ability to work with business teams, external clients and providers to establish and troubleshoot SAML Federations • Must have executed at least 1 project on Okta. • Excellent troubleshooting skills with Okta. • Development background in J2EE/Java/Java Script. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Should be able to work independently on technical tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: • Preferred development background in Java. • Understanding of cloud platform services • Knowledge of Open ID Connect Policy, SAML, SOAP, WS-Security, OAuth. • Okta Profession/Admin/Developer certification • Knowledge or Experience on any other IDM technology Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A 15 year full time education is required
