Overview: We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Fraud Analyst to join our dynamic Fraud Operations team. In this critical role, you will analyze data to uncover patterns, identify suspicious behavior, and investigate fake and altered IDs to prevent and mitigate fraudulent activities. Collaborating closely with our machine learning, engineering, and client-facing teams, you will play an essential part in refining fraud detection systems and recommending innovative solutions to complex challenges. Key Responsibilities: 

• • Fraud Detection & Analysis:
  • Analyze patterns in user behavior and documents to detect fraud. 
  • Examine altered or counterfeit identity documents, such as IDs and passports. 
  • Investigate cases of identity theft, account takeover, and synthetic identities. 
  • Data Insights:
  • Use SQL and Python to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights 
  • Use Tableau dashboards to monitor and analyze Fraud performance 
  • Identify anomalies that signal potential fraud attempts. 
  • Problem Solving:
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to prevent fraudulent activities. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve fraud detection strategies and processes. 
  • Continuous Learning:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fraud schemes and industry trends. 
  • Adapt quickly to new challenges and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of fraud prevention methodologies.

  Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or any related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, SQL and Python for data analysis and problem-solving.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and patience in analyzing complex datasets.
