Job Description
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in the development, management, and analysis of data across Pinnacle. You will work across all groups within Pinnacle including the Leadership Team, Operations, Sales Functions, Board of Directors and Finance.
Job Duties
- Gathers, organizes, analyzes, and summarizes data across the organization as well as provides actionable recommendations on how to improve the operations of the company. This may include analysis of the following but not limited to reduction of costs, improving operational efficiencies, methods of increasing revenue, or improving cash flow.
- Building reports, models, and tools across the organization that visualizes data in an effective manner.
- Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Management of all data sources which includes development and centralization of data, quality and change management of data, and long-term strategy around data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives.
- Lead the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
- Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Evaluate potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions to support growth initiatives.
- Work directly with Partners (Business Development leaders) to ensure data in Customer Strategy Manager (business development platform) is accurate and up to date.
- Work with Project Managers to ensure project data in ERP is accurate and up to date.
- Analyze CSM and ERP data and produce regular reports that demonstrate both high and low performing teams.
- Work with teams to identify performance risks/gaps based on the data.
- Work with President/CEO/COO to give insights on team and project performance based on relevant data.
- Ensure that system is easily accessible by Partners, Managers, and Leads to track elements of project and financial team performance.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant financial analyst experience in finance, accounting and business related roles
- ERP Experience
- Data Management Experience
- Expert financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (primarily Excel) and GAAP
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated “can-do" approach and the ability to work efficiently and creatively
- Ability to identify and prioritize objectives while managing daily requirements
- Proactive approach towards improving processes and systems
- Strong influencing skills and ability to work with leadership across the organisation
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, or Mathematics
Equipment and Software Knowledge
- Microsoft Office Suite products with intermediate or advanced knowledge of Power BI and Excel
- ERP Systems including but not limited to Workday
- Ability to learn new software fast
