Consultant role focused on driving Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE) through data-driven strategies, advanced analytics, and consulting frameworks to optimize commercial performance.

Essential Skills

• Hand on experience in Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE)
• Proficient in at least two of the following areas - Segmentation and Targeting, Salesforce Sizing, Salesforce Alignment, Market Mix Modelling
• Strong knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques within your area of expertise
• Proficient in advanced excel, SQL, Python/R
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in team settings
• Strong communication skills - should be comfortable presenting their work to offshore and onshore leads

Experience: 2-4 years of consulting experience with minimum 2 years in salesforce effectiveness

Minimum educational qualification - Bachelor's Degree

Good to have skills

• Experience in Salesforce Performance reporting & dashboarding
• Experience in Incentive Compensation Design
• Exposure to Advance Analytics techniques and ML algorithm - predictive, clustering, optimization
