About the Role
Degreed is seeking a seasoned sales leader to lead our expansion into the LATAM region. The success in this role is defined by pipeline generation, new logo acquisition, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell through effective account management. This position requires close collaboration with various teams, including Alliances and Partnerships, Global Business Solutions, Client Success, and Field Marketing. The role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring you to lead sales initiatives while also building and managing a high-performing, diverse team.
As the senior-most commercial leader in the region, you will be proactive and highly visible in the market, providing thought leadership to advance Degreed's go-to-market (GTM) strategy in LATAM. You will be accountable for taking key referenceable customers in LATAM and using their strength to scale revenue, growing your team and responsibilities alongside your success. Reporting directly to the SVP of Global Sales, you will work closely to execute the broader LATAM growth and expansion strategy. Your operational leadership, sales expertise, and customer-facing skills will be instrumental in achieving business objectives. Additionally, your ability to recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent will be critical to building a world-class team that drives success across the region.
