Job Title: Operations & Contract Manager 

What this job involves:  

The Operations & Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to strategic goals and contract. This role requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, technical analysis skills and hands-on management to streamline processes, improve performance, and drive growth across multiple departments and functions within the organization. 

Your day-to-day tasks will include:  

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives  

  • Collaborate with various departments, including property management, facilities, leasing, projects and asset management to ensure adherence to contract obligations 

  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all operational aspects  

  • Tasked with the development, implementation and collection of information required to track business activity and report on all KPIs. Responsible for reporting.  

  • Governance and Performance management utilizing technologies and dashboard generation 

  • Leading and mentoring a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and partnership 

  • Identifying and implementing new technologies and systems to enhance operational efficiency 

  • Develop and complete periodic reports and create ad hoc analysis and reporting on business and operations issues as needed. Consolidate and report trends, including variance reporting and account analysis to present to senior leadership to make decisions.  

  • Analyzes significant, and/or unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and corporate policies and business unit procedure and communicates results to subordinates.   

  •  Oversee operational model effectiveness, modification, and/or maintenance of contract processes, policies and procedures.  Redesign when appropriate for maximum efficiency.   

 

Desired experience and technical skills: 

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field  

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate real estate operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role  

  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, property management, and asset optimization  

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills  

  • Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management  

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities  

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills  

  • Experience with real estate management software and business intelligence tools 

Preferred:  

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field  

  • Experience in implementing and managing large-scale operational changes or restructuring  

  • Track record of successful process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives 

Estimated total compensation for this position:

133,360.00 – 166,700.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
