We are seeking an Intern to assist the Legal Department with document management, data entry and other administrative tasks, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in document scanning and compiling exhibits for various filings;

  • Providing document management and administrative support for DDMI and its affiliates;

  • Providing support for completion of administrative tasks such as completing requests for vouchers, affiliate time tracking logs, and other tasks; and

  • Other administrative tasks as directed.

Interns may also be asked to assist with various legal tasks, including but not limited to, conducting legal research and reviewing contracts or other legal documents.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree. Must be proficient in MS Office. Familiarity with data input/entry and data conversion is also required. Must be detail oriented.
