As a Product Implementation Lead in the Content Management Systems (CMS) team, you will play a key role working across a portfolio of products and leading the implementation of Citi’s strategic objectives. You will guide the vision and building of key digital capabilities across channels – Digital, Email, Video and Direct Mail by leveraging best in class platforms and industry best practices. You will be responsible for the design and integration of technologies across the MarTech ecosystem, ensuring that solutions bridge business and technology requirements, and technology is implemented consistently across Citi’s business units and functions. As the Implementation Lead, you will define, plan, and prioritize the optimal roadmap to bolster the evolution of Citi’s MarTech stack that will enable enhanced experiences for Citi’s clients.
Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end content transformation planning and leadership, scoping and shaping product strategy, innovative solutioning, programs, and deliverables for Citi’s CMS portfolio.
Help create a viable, scalable technology point of view; be knowledgeable and conversant with the offline and online (digital) marketing technology landscape.
Lead cross-product conversations with senior Marketing leaders across the organization to help gather requirements, understand use-cases and define recommendations.
Bridge business and technical requirements to provide cohesive, seamless solutions to scale, perform and report.
Support personalization technology decisions during planning and design of new platform initiatives and capabilities prioritized in the Enterprise MarTech Roadmap
Collaborate with solution architects, infrastructure architects, engineering, application architects and product owners to deliver marketing orchestration solutions that meet Citi’s business / marketing requirements.
Lead an Agile Scrum team with planning, scoping, creation of strategic solutions for omni-channel marketing capabilities, and guide implementation to production.
Maintain knowledge of the latest MarTech and marketing technology platforms to drive business outcomes and support next level digital marketing needs.
Lead, coordinate and participate in special projects; identify and manage issues to resolution.
Develop and implement training, processes, and change management strategies to achieve successful user adoption.
Qualifications:
6-10 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience.
Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.
Creative problem solving and sense of ownership.
Solid communication, presentation and project management skills.
Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred.

$114,720.00 - $172,080.00
