A career with EROAD offers the unique opportunity to work in a fast-growing organisation that is at the forefront of intelligent transport solutions — enhancing road safety, improving productivity, and reducing environmental impact. EROAD’s mission is to deliver intelligence you can trust, for a better world tomorrow.

What We’re Looking For

As an IT Administrator at EROAD, you will be a key member of the Information Systems team, providing first-line IT support and ensuring our endpoint environment is secure, compliant, and operating effectively.

This is a hands-on role focused on supporting employees across a global, cloud-first organisation. You’ll play an important part in onboarding and offboarding processes, endpoint management, and day-to-day IT operations — helping our people stay productive and connected wherever they work.

You will work closely with the Information Systems Manager and wider IS team to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient IT services while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

About the Role

Job Responsibilities

User Support & Helpdesk Operations
• Provide first-line technical support to onsite and remote employees.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve user requests.
• Set up and configure user accounts, devices, and applications.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning, access removal, and device handover.

Systems & Endpoint Administration
• Maintain and monitor desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and basic network equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, patching, and system updates.
• Support cloud-based services including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related SaaS platforms.
• Ensure endpoints and systems comply with IT policies, standards, and procedures.

Security & Compliance
• Assist with day-to-day security activities such as password resets and MFA configuration.
• Support the implementation of security policies and participate in security awareness initiatives.
• Identify, report, and escalate security incidents when required.

Asset & License Management
• Maintain accurate IT asset and inventory records for hardware and software.
• Assist with procurement, deployment, and retirement of devices.
• Support software license tracking and renewals.

Projects & Continuous Improvement
• Participate in IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and process improvements.
• Document procedures and contribute to IT knowledge base articles.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve user experience, efficiency, and reliability.

Job Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in IT support or endpoint administration.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments; Linux exposure is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows OS, macOS, and basic networking concepts.
• Experience using helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Understanding of endpoint security fundamentals and best practices.
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or similar) is a plus.
• Comfortable learning and supporting AI-enabled tools in an enterprise environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Clear, professional communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global organisation.
