Job Description:
Job Summary
A GBS Industrial Engineering Data Modeler designs and maintains standardized, reliable data models that transform operational data into trusted, reusable insights for reporting, analytics, and decision‑making.
Responsibilities:
Design and maintain standardized data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and KPIs
Translate business and operational requirements into structured, reusable data assets that enable consistent measurement across teams and regions
Integrate and refine data from multiple source systems, ensuring interoperability, standardization, and scalability
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance, including validation, reconciliation, and alignment to enterprise definitions
Develop refined datasets and transformation logic to support dashboards, reports, and downstream analytics use cases
Partner closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and data engineering teams to align data models with operational needs
Support performance monitoring and optimization of data models and feeds to improve reliability and usability
Qualifications:
Experience with SQL Server & SQL Queries - Preferred
Understanding of Data Modeling (Working with Data and Data Optimization) - Preferred
Experience with Call Center Management - Preferred
Experience with MS Office products such as Excel (exporting data) and Word - Preferred
Experience analyzing financial data (e.g., cost-per-contact, administrative cost-per-hour, etc.) - Preferred
Experience with Power BI - Preferred
OTHER CRITERIA:
This job is a grade 20E.
Hours of Operation are subject to change: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.
Position is located in Atlanta, Ga.
Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to self-relocate.
