The Customer Support Representative Associate provides continuous support for JLG Products and Services. This position contributes to the overall success of the Aftermarket Team by providing a high level of customer support through insides sales while maintaining superior relationships with customers and dealers.
YOUR IMPACT
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
Provide best in class customer service by supplying immediate, consistent and accurate responses to customer inquiries of technical products and systems while exhibiting a friendly, respectful, professional and customer focused demeanor
Stay current on products and systems pertinent to order management and product research
Resolve and diffuse customer concerns effectively in the interest of the long term success of the company
Complete documentation of scenarios, follow-ups and resolutions as appropriate
Support Parts Sales goals
Assist Marketing in the communication, development, maintenance and troubleshooting of Parts Programs and Services to promote upselling
Participate in training opportunities
Support achievement of department key performance metrics (KPMs)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma
Two (2) or more years of customer service, sales or related experience.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual
Knowledge of sales and pricing strategies.
Knowledge and understanding of segment specific products.
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
Strong customer focus and effective use of a consultative approach.
Strong organizational skill with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.
