The role of Platform Engineer is to Design, Build, Run & Evolve tools, infrastructure, templates and capabilities that our data science community and other engineers use to deliver business value, and to write code that automates running our infrastructure and environments. Help to make our platforms loved by our engineers! Our team is supporting FX Pricing systems for the entire bank and institutional banking customers.

Monitor, deploy and support Bank’s highly available eFX Auto pricing and trade booking systems running 24 * 5.5 days a week.
Troubleshoot and restore system processing in event of incidents and problems.
Perform regular system checks and analysis and provide reports of system functioning and service level.
Troubleshoot and restore system processing in event of incidents and problems.
Handle in-bound service requests and questions.
Perform proactive event management.
Automation of alerts and reports.
Interact with various upstream and downstream application teams, front office support teams, vendors, developers and traders.
Performing yearly BCP/DR testing of all application.
Act as a SRE to continuously improve Application reliability and availability.
Tech Skills:
Previous experience in a technical platform support role.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity or GitHub Actions.
Experience in automation, using languages such as Python, PowerShell, Java to implement controls and tasks for building and releasing software continuously.
Experience setting up application monitoring using such as Prometheus, Grafana and Splunk.
Experience working in Capital market experience (preferably in the FX markets), FinTech or related field (preferred but not essential)
Open to work flexible hours to meet client demands.
