Job Description:

What You’ll Do: 

Responsible for overseeing the processing of billing exception items and processor related billing. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. 

How You’ll Do it: 

  • Provides strategic and daily management of the resources that provide the PULSE fee billing outputsActs as the liaison between the Operations and Finance departments as required to manage PULSE fee billing, gateway billing, switch invoice billing and Fee reconcilement. 

  • Provides support as needed to internal and external audit entities related to the fee billing processing. 

  • Manages fee billing resources and processing related to the support of the process fee billing and daily funds, fees, and adjustment settlement.  

  • Provides processor billing system training and system documentation to operations resources in the form of webinars, training classes, and manual updates. 

  • Responsible for reviewing and obtaining appropriate sign offs for all online fee change request submitted by Sales. Processes and tracks all revenue share agreements and all special pricing as requested by sales. 

  • Responsible for reviewing daily ACH reports and processing any noted rejects. ACH Rejects must be coordinated with assigned Relationship Manager 

  • Responsible for processing all VISA SRE rejects from the VISA daily interchange report. 

 

Qualifications You’ll Need 
The Basics 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration and Management or Information Technology. 

  • 4+ years of Financial, banking, fintech, or payments experience or related 

Bonus Points If You Have 

  • 4+ years of Payments/Payment Processing preferred.

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $67,000.00 to $113,000.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
