Location: Hybrid / Bedford 2-days per week  
Salary: Competitive base + car / car allowance + private medical + pension contribution up to 10% + 33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays  
Contract Type: 12-month FTC

About the Role 

As a People Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role during an exciting period of growth and transformation. You’ll partner with senior leaders to drive organisational and cultural change, build leadership capability,  

Reporting to a Senior Business Partner, you’ll be part of a high impact team, yet trusted to operate independently, confidently switching between strategic thinking and hands on delivery.

Turn Data into Insight 

  • Use people analytics to uncover trends, reduce risk, and drive action. 

  • Provide insight on areas such as engagement, performance, attendance, and attrition. 

  • Support digital ways of working and protect data integrity. 

Strengthen People Practices 

  • Be the go-to expert for performance, absence and employee relations. 

  • Work collaboratively to enhance the employee experience across the lifecycle. 

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, deliver better outcomes, and reduce cost.
