Customer Service Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
As our Robotics Customer Service Account Manager for Ireland, you will drive the growth of ABB’s Robotics service portfolio across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. You’ll manage existing Service Level Agreement (SLA) customers, secure renewals, identify new revenue opportunities, and convert installed-base customers into long-term service partners. This field-based role gives you the autonomy to own your territory while collaborating closely with our UK robotics sales, service operations, and product teams to deliver real value to our customers.

The work model for the role is: Field-based/Hybrid across Northern and Southern Ireland and occasional trips to Milton Keynes for training and team meetings.
This role is contributing to Robotics Division in Ireland.
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Own and grow ABB’s Robotics service business across Northern and Southern Ireland
Manage and develop an existing portfolio of SLA customers, ensuring renewal success and revenue retention
Identify and convert non‑contracted installed-base customers into recurring service agreements
Promote ABB’s modular service offerings, including preventive maintenance, reactive support, digital services, upgrades, training, and lifecycle solutions
Drive structured transitions from warranty to service for new robotic installations
Prepare and manage quotations aligned with ABB’s commercial policy and margin requirements
Conduct regular on-site visits, build strong customer relationships, and act as the primary commercial contact for the territory
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, using CRM tools and installed-base data to drive opportunity creation
Qualifications for the Role
2–3+ years’ experience in B2B sales or service sales
Demonstrated experience managing a geographic territory (preferred)
Proven ability to grow recurring revenue streams
Knowledge of robotics, automation, or manufacturing environments (desirable)
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and customer relationship capability
Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role
Mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
Full UK or Irish driving license and the willingness to travel
