(DIVERSIFIED PRODUCTS) FULFILLMENT INTERN (Contingent Worker) 

 

Role Summary: 

Apply sourcing policies; interact with different suppliers and business segments. Requires foundation and knowledge in customer services, procurement, or sourcing. 

 

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Place and follow-up on POs (Purchase Order) 

  • Update MRP systems (e-promise) 

  • Proof of Delivery issues resolution: Daily monitoring of all the material that has been delivered but is lost on our side. 

  • Develop awareness of manufacturing processes and improve product knowledge 

  • Contribute to projects as team member within the Fulfillment organization. 

 

Desired Characteristics: 

  • English professional proficiency 

  • Negotiation skills desired 

  • Strong oral and written communication skills 

  • Strong interpersonal  

  • Ability to coordinate several task and responsibilities simultaneously 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s in international business, Relations, Administration, or Industrial Engineering from 7th semester; one year, at least, to be graduated. 

  • English professional proficiency 

  • Availability from Monday to Friday (7AM – 4PM)
