Position Summary

The Process Quality Control Associate verifies quality of produced material from injection and assembly through comparison of approved visual quality standards and CTF/CTQ specifications.

Role and Responsibilities

1. CTF/CTQ verification
2. IML sample preparation
3. Visual cosmetic standard verification
4. GMES data registration
5. Monitor production/Dummy Test
6. All other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Education:  High School Diploma/GED required
• Experience:  One year manufacturing experience required
• Knowledge:  Basic microsoft office skills 
• Skills:  Effective communication, measurements taken with micometer/calipers/gauges, problem solving.  Must be able to speak, read, and write English.  Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
• Physical requirement:  The ability to stand up for 8 - 10 hours a day required.  All employees for all positions must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 35 lbs.
