As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Casino and iGaming team, driving paid marketing campaigns to increase brand presence across direct mail and audio channels. A successful candidate will be a self-motivated and organized individual with high attention to detail and great communication skills for interfacing with internal and external partners. You will define a testing roadmap, drive revenue, and help manage budget across our key channels.
Plan, execute and optimize paid media campaigns across audio and direct mail channels in support of our iGaming marketing groups.
Utilize data analysis to measure, report, and analyze campaign performance and test results, sharing learnings cross-functionally.
Identify and execute A/B tests to draw insights critical for growth and optimization.
Conceptualize new and innovative ads, collaborating cross-functionally with creative, brand, and product.
Manage agency relationships across the audio and direct mail channels, briefing partners on channels goals, timelines, and budgets.
Report on performance and share learnings with executives & the wider growth team.
Lead day to day communication with external agencies and DSP partners.
Work closely with our compliance and regulatory teams to ensure all marketing efforts follow state and federal regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
At least 4 years of experience in marketing or advertising, proficiency in direct mail and audio campaigns a plus.
Professional experience in campaign optimization, including structured A/B testing, conducting in-depth analysis on ad buys, and understanding of bidding algorithms or manual bidding approaches.
Well organized and great attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate results and define next steps.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 88,000.00 USD - 110,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
