We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a strong technical background and established connections in the construction market. As a global international company, we provide top-notch solutions and products in building technologies. Most of our solutions are implemented directly, so preparing the right solution for our clients involves collaboration with various experts within our company. Our target customers include construction companies, public institutions, investors, and developers.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities
• Maintain relationships with existing clients in the commercial construction sector
• Prepare proposals and technical solutions
• Close business contracts
• Handle reporting and administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Proven sales track record in building automation, electrical, fire protection, low voltage, etc.
• Experience in project-based sales
• Interested in the building technology industry and keeping up with the latest trends
• Excellent communication skills
• Native Czech speaker and good working knowledge of written and spoken English
• Valid driving licence 

Preferred Qualifications

• Active contact network in building automation, fire protection, low voltage, etc.
• Experience with Salesforce
