Product Owner, Operations Overview:
The Product Owner, Operations is a highly contributing and valuable member for one of Incident IQ’s Scrum teams. As the Product Owner, Operations, you will be responsible for translating the product strategy, as defined by the Product Owner, Strategy, into tasks for development while working closely with the UI/UX and engineering resources to ensure a right-sized, quality product. This role is also a product ambassador both internally and externally. Touchpoints will be necessary with key internal stakeholders for go-to-market activities, with customer success to help troubleshoot customer problems, and with external customers to validate potential solutions. Outstanding communication and analytical skills are instrumental to this role.
