THE WORK: We’re on the lookout for a Project Manager who’s great at leading tech‑focused projects and keeping clients genuinely happy. You’ll guide teams, make sure delivery stays on track, and build strong relationships with everyone from senior leaders to on‑the‑ground teams. You’ll help shape business cases, roadmaps, and change plans, and bring solid experience across the full project lifecycle, bonus points if you’ve worked in supply‑chain or resources/energy environments. If you’re someone who can think strategically, solve problems on the fly, and enjoy working in a consulting setting, you’ll fit right in.

What You'll Do

Leading Engagements

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of consulting and technology projects for top‑tier resources and energy clients.

• Ensure every engagement delivers measurable business outcomes and becomes a reference point for quality and impact.

• Provide strong delivery governance, risk management, and quality assurance across all phases of the project lifecycle.

• Mentor and uplift a high‑performing team, ensuring they are set up for success and aligned to client outcomes.

Thought Leadership

• Apply deep experience from supply‑chain‑driven industries to shape operating models, business processes, and technology solutions.

• Bring practical insight into how mining and energy operations work—pit to port, wellhead to market, or plant to customer.

• Influence client thinking by translating operational challenges into strategic direction and executable roadmaps.

Build Relationships

• Engage confidently with sponsors, senior executives, and operational leaders to build trust and long‑term partnerships.

• Support the development of a high‑performing consulting team across engagements.
