The Heavy Duty New Unit Commercial Excellence Analyst will work cross-functionally across the Commercial, Finance, and Global Supply Supply Chain teams to drive analytics and governance with a focus on developing and sustaining standard work to support the Commercial organization.

Roles and Responsibilities
Demand Management Analytics / IR Support
- Own IRR file including updates on slot allocations, changes to slot timing/availability and add additional deal-level information as needed - requires coordination across GSC, Finance, and Commercial organization to create single source of truth for reporting
- Make regular updates to IRR file and standard work based on changing Investor Relations needs for pipeline and slot analytics
- Develop standard work and support further efficiency in tracking AO exposure curves versus cash received, finished good inventory management, and financials on allocation decisions
Commercial Pipeline Management / Forecasting
- Reservation Agreements: Update SFDC as a single source of truth of signed, bid, and expected RAs to support Commercial Support Leader with monthly KPIs
- Support Operations Leader with quarterly deep dives/budget/pre-budget rhythms and preparation of orders outlook to communicate to functions, including high quality variance analysis
- Lead LRF analytics / modeling in support of orders and shipments outlook
- Support rollup of weekly commercial metrics from Pole teams, including variance analysis, risk and opportunity management, and orders analytics
- Regional reporting: Enhance visibility to Pole teams on Commercial ITO Metrics (actuals, budget and variance analysis), including details on variance drivers and countermeasures
- Coordinate with Engineering function for regular deep dive into historical and forecast proposal volume, including outlook incorporating RA volume
- Support Global Commercial Leader on analysis and data tracking for large-scale deals
Governance & SFDC Compliance
- Work with Commercial Demand Management Support Leader to analyze SFDC defects and provide support to regional commercial and Sales teams to correct/update
- Analyze SFDC data documentation quarterly to ensure compliance with QMS policies
- Work with Commercial Process owner to identify and document standard work and best practices across the Poles
Sales Incentive Plan Management
- Lead administration of HDGT NU SIC plan, including development of SIC plans, quarterly / annual individual and pool SIC rollup assessment, SIC forecasting, Deal Team Bonus management, and annual communication of SIC plan structure
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 4 years experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, and/or finance roles
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Deep knowledge of Heavy Duty New Units business
