Job Summary

Job Type: Part-Time, Temporary/Seasonal  

Work Location: Downtown Area

Workdays: Monday to Friday (Must be available to work all 5 days)

Shift Time: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Flexibility with start and finish times required based on operational needs)

Hourly Wage:  $18.15/hr

** APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO WORK UP TO 25 HOURS PER WEEK**

Job Duties:

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (32kg) unassisted. Typical package weight ranges from 25-35 lbs.
• Meet UPS driver at assigned local meet point
• Deliver and pick up UPS packages efficiently and effectively
• Learn and properly execute UPS package handling/delivery methods
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required
• Record, track, and maintain information about delivered package
• Comply with UPS appearance guidelines by wearing the company provided vest and uniform

REQUIREMENTS:

• This is a part-time position, must be able to work 3-6 hours a day, between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Flexibility required)
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (32kg) unassisted. Typical package weight ranges from 25-35 lbs.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Must be able to deliver packages by means of walking
• Hours may vary depending on the work volume 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: 

Wage: $18.15/hr

EXPENSES/WORKING CONDITIONS

This is a unionized role and monthly union deductions will apply

Exposed to hot and cold temperatures while working outdoors and in warehouse facilities

NOTE:  The duration of the contract is between June and August 2026 with a possibility of extension depending on the work
