Job Summary & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Process AP Non-PO, PO (2, 3, and 4-way) and related invoices daily
    • Process 350-450 invoices weekly
      • 2-way match: for service-based invoices (PO and invoice) the invoices are approved through Oracle to confirm the billed service is received
      • 3-way match: for inventory and expense items that are not subject to QA inspection (PO, receipt, invoice) invoice approval is not required, but the packing slip and electronic goods-receipt serves as approval evidence
      • 4-way match: for inventory items that are subject to QA inspection (PO, receipt, QA acceptance, invoice), invoice approval is not required, but the packing slip and electronic goods-receipt serves as approval evidence

  • Assist with preparing month-end close (invoice accruals/JE uploads).
  • Manage the AP mailbox and respond timely to supplier inquiries
  • Other duties as assigned by AP Manager

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • 3-5 years’ experience processing high volume invoices (external vendor and intercompany) accurately
  • Oracle 11i or 12R experience a preferred
  • Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including vendors and colleagues by proactively managing issue resolution professionally and on a timely basis
  • Excellent research/problem-solving skills

Compensation & Growth

• Base Salary Range:

$44,640.00 - $66,960.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
