  • Troubleshoot business and production issues by gathering information (issue, impact, criticality, root cause); engaging support teams to assist in the resolution of issues; formulating an action plan; and performing actions as designated in the plan.
  • Provide and support the implementation of business solutions through partnerships with stakeholders, identifying needs, managing processes, and adapting to evolving demands.
  • Drive cross-org initiatives-collaborating with analytics, platform, and product teams to deliver unified experimentation capabilities.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence for the experimentation backend services, joining and driving incident mitigation efforts and root cause analysis.
  • Mentor Staff Engineers and Senior Engineers, enabling them to independently lead large-scale initiatives.
  • Lead evaluations and integration of emerging technologies, guiding proof-of-concepts and adoption strategies.
  • Uphold and advance engineering excellence, including code quality, automation, observability, and security best practices.
