A Brief Overview


Provides administrative support to ensure that inventories are secure, properly identified, and readily accessible to authorized personnel. Maintains logs to exercise control over various types of inventories (e.g., raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods). Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records. Ensures that quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct.

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

What you will do

  • Monitors and maintains accurate inventory records and stock levels, documenting item-level inventory details into the company database.

  • Performs regular cycle counts at the Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) level detail, followed up by physical inventory audits to ensure item-level accuracy.

  • Monitors inventory trends and makes recommendations to management for adjustments to inventory levels against ongoing productivity flows and usage.

  • Coordinates with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure proper stock allocation for upcoming shipments.

  • Prepares inventory reports and analyzes inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders, such as sales, customer service, and operations teams, regarding inventory-related matters.

  • Collaborates with IT and cross-functional teams to enhance inventory management systems and tools.

  • Trains new employees on inventory management processes and procedures.

  • Seeks out opportunities for cost savings, efficiency gains, and process improvements.


For this role you will need Minimum Requirements

  • One year of work experience

  • One year experience in purchasing, receiving, shipping, and inventory control.

  • One year computer experience in a Windows with good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • One year experience with Manufacturing Practices – Writing SOP’s and/or Work Instructions

  • One year experience in training others on policies and procedures

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

  • One year experience with SAP or other Inventory System

  • Valid state pharmacy technician or technician trainee license.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $35.29

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
