What You'll Do:
Project Planning and Initiation:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
Establish clear roles and responsibilities for team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and scope marketing events, including vendor sourcing, logistics planning, and content alignment.
Project Execution and Monitoring:
Lead and facilitate project team meetings, ensuring clear communication and progress tracking.
Manage project tasks and resources according to the project plan.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any potential issues or risks.
Track project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to maintain organized and efficient workflows.
Coordinate with event vendors, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing events and related activities.
Stakeholder Communication and Management:
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between marketing teams, creative agencies, vendors, and other internal departments (e.g., Business Development, Product, Client Delivery teams, etc.).
Serve as the main point of contact for marketing event logistics, communicating clearly with all involved parties before, during, and after the event.
Risk and Issue Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively manage and resolve project issues, escalating when necessary.
Document and track project risks and issues and ensure timely resolution.
Anticipate and manage event-specific risks, such as scheduling conflicts, vendor issues, and on-site execution challenges.
Project Closure and Evaluation:
Ensure all project deliverables are completed and approved.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Document project outcomes and ensure proper archiving of project materials.
Conduct post-event debriefs and gather feedback to assess ROI, participant engagement, and areas for future improvement.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline marketing project workflows and improve efficiency.
Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in marketing project management.
Continuously improve event planning and coordination processes based on stakeholder input and post-event learnings.
Experience/Skills:
Required:
3 years of experience in a marketing or project management role.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, specifically Monday.com.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
A proactive and results-oriented approach.
Preferred:
Experience in the contingent workforce management/staffing industry.
Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
Understanding of marketing principles and best practices across various channels (e.g., digital, social, content, events).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or related field
Salary: $70k - $80k
Location: Remote across the U.S.
